Two Deaf Athletes in U.S. Olympic Trials

A two-time Deaflympian is scheduled to swim the following events:
Saturday, June 15 - 100 Butterfly
Monday, June 27 - 400 Individual Medley
Wednesday, June 19 - 200 Butterfly

The Gallaudet University released the statement:
For the first time in school history a Gallaudet University student-athlete will participate in the U.S. Olympic Team Trials. All-American sprinter Eric Gregory (Metairie, La.), the three-time defending NCAA Division III National Champion in the 400-meter dash, will don the buff and blue uniform one more time next Friday, June 21, in the preliminaries of the men's 400-meter dash.
The 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials are being held June 21-30 at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore., on the campus of the University of Oregon.
Gregory is one of 35 runners in the 400-meter dash that either qualified or was accepted by USA Track and Field, the national governing body for track and field in the United States.
