CSUSOP stands for the Commission of the State of U.S. Olympics and Paralympics.
Sorry, non-deaf readers, but people who are deaf and hard of hearing are still curious whether Congress would amend the Deaflympics into the Ted Stevens Olympic and Amateur Sports Act. As of this writing, no action has been taken to introduce a bill at Capitol Hill.
The Sports Business Journal has cautioned the readers with the following:
With the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee and national governing bodies looking ahead to the Paris Games this summer, politicians could use that as a platform to propose legislation. Changes that don’t rely on Congress to act might not get full consideration until the Olympic and Paralympic assembly, which has been pushed back to November because of the Games.
My most recent newsletter story about the Silver Bridge collapse made non-deaf readers come back to read it.
Interesting! The average number of views on the last ten issues about the CSUSOP issues is 457.70, while the average of the previous ten non-CSUSOP issues is a whopping 590.50.
